EAV Smoke and Vape does not accept any returns or exchanges on product unless defective. An item with a cosmetic default is not considered defective. If product is defective and you require a return or exchange please contact us via email or phone: Customer Help Line and speak with a EAV Smoke and Vape Sales Representative directly. Any return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of order delivery confirmation. EAV Smoke and Vape reserves the right to deny any return/exchange requests.
